NOTHING beats grilled corn in the summer. well, maybe a lobster roll, but still - so good!

ReplyDeleteSpicy corn on the cob looks amazing!! I dont eat corn on the cob anymore but I love grilled corn and then I cut it off the cob. Thats not weird right?

We do two here at my house the first is a cojita cheese and iime spread over grilled corn.. and the second is applewood bacon wrapped around an ear of corn put in foil and put on the grill. Bon Apetit!
