Though we've been married almost a year and a half, my obsession with gorgeous weddings continues. When I saw the blog crawl hosted this week by Love is Home and cornflake dreams, I realized it was my chance to profess my love for weddings among the vines. After our trip to Napa and Sonoma in May {see my recap posts here, here, and here}, it affirmed my adoration for gorgeous settings like the ones you see below. Since we've already tied the knot, a girl can dream for her girlfriends--right?

I love the endless tables, the luscious light, the rows of vines, and most of all, the wine!
All in all, I really do think a winery would make a dreamy destination wedding spot.
Have you ever attended {or had!} a wedding at a vineyard?
What's your dream destination wedding venue?
If you're a lover of weddings like me, link up with Joelle and Jillian this week :)

I am in love with the photo of the tent and the lights above it. What a gorgeous setting. I am sure my love of gorgeous wedding inspiration won't end after my wedding either. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to go to a wedding in a vineyard! The pictures you found are gorgeous. Napa and Sonoma are two of my favorite places - my blog profile pic was taken in Napa actually LOL!

I love picture 2, with the setting sun in the background, so pretty. I went to a wedding at a vineyard once. sad thing was I was to young to be able to drink the wine although my family says it was great
ReplyDeleteI went to a wedding for my brother who happened to marry my college roommate and one of my best friends ever in Greece. It was amazing. Small and beautiful. Just the way they wanted things. Only about 20 people made the trip. The ones who truly loved and cared for them as a couple. Inspired me to get married somewhere else someday.

ReplyDeleteI had a very small vineyard wedding. Pics on facebook. It was everything I ever wanted. :)
ReplyDeleteI've never been to a wedding in a vineyard. It looks gorgeous every time I see one, though!
ReplyDeletei think maybe you have found where i should tie the knot! (i guess i can wait to decide that until i'm asked, hehe) but seriously, i love the vineyard theme! rustic and chic at the same time! :)
ReplyDeleteThe long table of folks eating in the snshine....is so beautiful and romantic
ReplyDeleteVery gorgeous! I've been inspired by #3's wedding to do an outdoor rustic wedding when I get married. If that ever happens, haha!
ReplyDeleteI was so close to having my wedding at a vineyard in New York. It's always been my dream wedding.. but since the thought of long distance wedding planning scared me too much, I ultimately decided against it. I LOVE the look and feel of vineyard weddings. Casual, romantic, and you know there wont be a shortage of wine!
ReplyDeleteIf I ever get married it will be in Napa. I've already warned my parents also. I think you just took all the work out of it for me :)
ReplyDeleteAdore the idea of a wedding in the middle of vines...so romantic!!!
ReplyDeleteA vineyard wedding would be so beautiful! Right at sunset. Ah...I love it. Why can't we have multiple weddings (to the same guy)? :)
ReplyDeleteOhmygosh Napa = My other dream wedding. My best friend is getting married soon and they are just starting to look at venues. She's from the Bay area and he's from Oregon, so they are thinking of having it in wine country. Yes please!
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are so beautiful. What a romantic way to celebrate your wedding...*sigh*
Thanks for linking up today my dear!
xoxo,
Joelle

Gorgeous pictures! We came very close to doing our wedding at a vineyard, but decided not to because of transportation issues for our guests. But I will say, our venue search was a blast because we essentially went on a day long vineyard tour :)
ReplyDeleteI got married at a vineyard! It was such a beautiful setting and that's the main reason we picked it...it took my breathe away when we went to see it for the first time. And it was naturally beautiful so we didn't have to do much to pretty it up!
ReplyDeleteYep - Napa/Sonoma is the PERFECT place to get married :)
ReplyDeleteWow, that would make for a beautiful wedding! I suppose I'll get married at a church, but I definitely a vineyard would be lovely for the reception.
ReplyDeleteLove these pics! Great choice! These pictures are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLove this post! My sister is getting married in Napa in October and I am beyond excited. Beautiful pictures and those shoes are ADORABLE. Visited Tuscany in February and would have to say that would be my dream wedding destination!
ReplyDeleteI so wish I could have gotten married in a vineyard! There is something so pure about them, and let's not forget how much I love wine!
ReplyDeleteThis is all kinds of gorgeous-a vineyard wedding sounds like an absolute dream come true!
ReplyDeleteMy ideal setting for a wedding is at a winery- luckily there are so many of them in California. Now I just need the man... lol ;)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I am helping my best friend plan her wedding & it's so cool to do some of the stuff over again.
ReplyDeleteMy wedding was outdoors at a historic carriage house/mill. I think my dreams came true. :) :)
Love, Leigh
ohh these pics make me so dreamy! absolutely gorgeous! love the one of the shoes!! french riviera is absolutely my dream destination wedding! a beach somewhere!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! If I can't have my wedding(which will be a long ways away) by a beach or lake, it will be by a winery!
